Our core planning call. We build the skeleton of your trip: day-by-day flow, what to include and what to skip, logistics, and how to keep the journey feeling unhurried and real.

For more complex trips — multi-region routes, special interests, tighter timing, or a full review of a draft you’ve already started.

Session credit toward our experiences
We want planning to lead somewhere real.
If within 90 days of your paid session you book tours, private days, or transfers with Go Portugal Unplugged partners (our team’s experiences), your session fee can be credited as follows:
€500 or more
Credit applied to that booking: 100% of your session fee
€300–€499
Credit applied to that booking: 50% of your session
Under €300
Credit applied to that booking: No session credit
Example: You book a Planning Session (€150). Within 90 days you reserve experiences with our team totaling €500+. We deduct €150 from that booking.

Credit applies only to tours, private experiences, and transfers offered by Go Portugal Unplugged partner guides and their companies. It does not apply to flights, hotels, car hire, or third-party bookings we do not sell.
Credit is a reduction on the experience invoice, not a cash refund of the session fee.
One paid session → one credit pot. Credit is tied to the guests named on the session and is not transferable.
Credit must be requested when booking the experience and used within 90 days of the session date. Unused credit expires after 90 days.
Credit cannot be combined with other promotions unless we agree in writing.
If a credited booking is cancelled under the experience’s own terms, any remaining credit follows that booking’s cancellation policy; the original session fee is not refunded in cash.
Minimum booking amounts are calculated on the experience total before the session credit is applied.

Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.
Reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable. At our discretion we may offer a one-time reschedule credit.
Prices are in euros (€) per session, regardless of group size on the call.
